Is your process safe for the ceramic and gaskets?

Yes. We do not use water blasting or harsh chemicals on the ceramic, and we protect the felt gaskets throughout the cleaning.

Do you replace gaskets if mine are worn?

We can. If we see worn gaskets during cleaning, we'll quote a replacement before installing anything.

Will this affect the seasoning of my cooker?

Not in a bad way. Light interior soot is part of a kamado's character — we focus on heavy creosote, ash, and grease that affect flavor and airflow.

How often should a ceramic cooker be cleaned?

We recommend a deep clean once a year, or every 6 months for heavy users.
